Rencore Governance release highlights in motion: the inventory lists Microsoft 365 object types, Planner newly added, and Claude and ChatGPT in preview, while release cards arrive for a new feature, an improvement and a fix; the view then switches to the Rencore app in Microsoft Teams, where two Teams App updates arrive beside a guest review.

Rencore Governance scans Exchange and Viva Engage. Exchange adds user mailboxes and message redirect rules, and a policy finds mailboxes with external redirect rules. Viva Engage adds communities, with policies for communities without messages or without activity in the last six months.
